The hapless henchmen from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles finally got want they’ve always wanted: a school to train villains how to defeat those blasted turtles!  Although I seriously doubt their teaching abilities.  I wonder what the curriculum would be?  How to squander the perfect chance to captured mutant turtles 101?
